74 Days today...oh i can just imagine the people who have been waiting since december they must be going nuts..as is I am right now. Just watching the dates jump around, before after the same day, and yet still nothing not even a RFE yet. Not that I want one but atleast then it shows that someone is working on it. Hahaha. Congrats to those who are on the next step and let us know how that is going.

2. In the "reference" box type without quotes "EXP 01 JUN 2010A"

3. In the date range Select June 2 2010 for both FROM and TO.

4. Click "Track" at bottom right of tracking section.

I tried it and I found this number for you 9171578452 Chennai, India...maybe that's you? Good luck!!

Yeah we have a December filer who's been waiting over 5 months now.. It's such a crapshoot when petitions are approved.

We received email as of 7.45 (6.45 Vermont time!) that we'd been approved!

Dancing the happy dance now. I'm so glad I could be with my namorado when we received the news. <3 Now we're telling the family about the approval and looking forward!

(It puts us at 82 days. Stupid Vermont. >___>)

VJ Rocks...ok well I know that this has nothing to do with a pettition but hey, ok so there was an issue with my initial contract coming back into the armed services (That issue has been Corrected) well because of that issue it has taking me a year to get some state taxs back from a state in wich i did not live in or do live on now. They paid me back for two of my years but then one of them they sent me a check for 233 even though it is sappose to be 1700...any suggestions they said it had to do with block 13 on the tax return but i am sure that they are doing what ever they can to keep that 1700 dollars now since I use H & R Block should I just take the check to them On monday and say hey get this fixed. Any suggestions?

Oh and for those that Have gotting there NOA2's already congrats and those that are still waiting exspecially those that have been waiting for awhile now. Hang in there because we are all riding the same boat. And this Boat will not sink.

Ok here is another question and this does pretain to a K1- Now with the new DS160 Wich me and my fience' filled out last night. is it safe to put the Reciept number from the NOA1 or should I wait untill NOA2 or what. Now we are filling it in Manila, Phils now looking at thier web sight do we still need to do the other forms also? I dont know its all gibberish to me. Any help would be greatful.

O.K. VSC this is the week for our NOA 2 PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! continue with many approvals for everyone waiting. This is full week after the holiday weekend. Shake the cobwebs out and get with the program. I want to see much dancing.

made the call to USCIS CS today and got the song and dance, Sir I do not have any more info than you do at this point. Did not ask for super, but the lady on the phone was very polite and freindly said to call back any time. Total wait was about 45 seconds and she managed to do most of the talking. Maybe I will let the 90 day mark come and then pester the heck out of them, toll free number and unlimited min. on cell phone I could be their worst nightmare. MUUUUUHAHAHAHAA!!!!!!!!!!!!! Still 4 days to go.
