Hi everyone,

Is it necessary to send the copy of the beneficiaries' passport or we can bring it in the interview day? Could I not send them with Ds 230 packet??

"Again once it shows as paid you will print out another barcode coversheet to include with the DS-230 for each parent. You will need to include Originals of the following documents for each parent.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES

ADOPTION PAPERS

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE

MARRIAGE TERMINATION (DIVORCE)

COURT RECORDS

MILITARY RECORDS

POLICE CERTIFICATE

2 PHOTOGRAPHS

Beneficiaries Photocopy of Valid Passport Biographic Data Page

PETITIONER MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE FOR ALL MARRIAGES

PETITIONER BIRTH CERTIFICATE"

09/23/2009 - Sent I-130 For My Parents to Chicago Lockbox.

09/25/2009 - USCIS received I-130.

09/30/2009 - Received NOA1

02/01/2010 - Touch.

02/02/2010 - both my parents got Touch.

02/03/2010 - Touch.

02/16/2010 - email approved for Mom's case.

02/18/2010 - email approved for Dad's case.

02/20/2010 - hard copy NOA2 for Mom.

Completed with USCIS

NVC

02/25/2010 - got case's assigned NVC numbers for both parent.

03/02/2010 - received AOS and DS 3032 packet in email.

03/02/2010 - paid AOS fee and sent DS 3032 by email.

03/04/2010 - received accepted letter for DS 3032 in email.

03/05/2010 - received IV packet's fee letter in email.

03/05/2010 - paid IV packet's fee.

05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

12/03/2013: Interview

12/20/2013: Oath ceremony

Yes, it is required to send the beneficiaries valid passport biographic data page along with DS-230. Yes after the status changes to PAID, you need to print the bar code for each parent and need to send them along with the required documents......Also you need to put copies of all the ORIGINALS you are sending in.....

What you need to do is, you send one complete set of original documents with the Barcode coversheet of one parent and then for the other parent you have to attach to their Barcode Coversheet a photocopy of the original document and write on it "Original Held In Case # LND2009****** " You must do that for every document that is not the original.

10/19/09: IV Fee Bill Generated

10/20/09: Rcvd IV Fee Bill Email and Paid $400 for each parent

10/22/09: I -864 Entered into NVC System as per NVC Operator

10/22/09: IV Fee BILL Status Changed to PAID

10/23/09: Mailed DS-230 Documents Set to NVC

10/26/09: DS-230 Received by NVC signed by J.DESMOND

10/28/09: I -864 Accepted

10/29/09: Rcvd Checklist Email

10/30/09: AVR changed to " We received checklist response on 10/29/09"

11/18/09: LOGIN Failed in the morning...AVR message not changed yet...

11/18/09: Talked to Operator and it is under "FINAL REVIEW"

11/20/09: CASE COMPLETED on 11/19/09

12/02/09: Rcvd Emails for Interview on 01/08/2010

12/04/09: Medical Appt on 12/08/09 at Hyderabad

12/09/09: Medical Completed

01/08/10: INTERVIEW COMPLETED
