First and foremost, if you want accurate assistance :time: so we can see where you are in the process and what visa you are filing for.. and what country (as it makes a difference in what you need to send)

If you are at the USCIS initial petition part, then take a look at the guides... But normally this is where you put in the USC birth certificate, proof of marriage etc... etc..

The 3032 is a form that is sent to NVC after the petition is approved by USCIS... This is done by the foreign spouse... THEN the AOS package and then the 230 package (which is info about the foreign spouse)...

Please take a moment to fill in the timeline so we are not spinnin our wheels trying to help not knowing where you are in the process... Without the info we are shooting in the dark for helping ya...

10/14/2000 - Met Aboard a Cruise ship

06/14/2003 - Married Savona Italy

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

here's Christeen's time tested formula to get you through NVC in one piece alive:

Petitioner: Get NVC # + give operator your email IDs + receive AOS fee bill + pay 70$ online + wait to show paid + print cover sheet + send I-864 AOS with all documents and case # written on each page.

Beneficiary: Get NVC# + receive DS3032 + send DS3032+ DS3032 accepted + IV fee bill available to be paid + pay & wait to show paid + print IV cover sheet + mail DS230 package with all original/certified documents

= wait for case complete + wait for interview to be scheduled.

IMO - it's covered here - DS-230 - http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html

Read all 7 pages. Good Luck ! (click the link, read)

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Ok :) Thank you very much, but I have read it ;) and I'm not sure if I understand them....

"Petitioner Documents

Applicants in the following visa categories are required to provide 1) an original or certified copy of their Petitioner’s birth certificate and 2) original or certified copy of their Petitioner’s marriage certificate from the Petitioner’s current and all previous marriages.

* Parent of a U.S. Citizen who is at least 21 years old (IR-5)

* Brothers and sisters of United States citizens (F4) "

So, the birth certificate of petitioner is nedeed ;) If I'm wrong just say me, because of my not very knowledge of language I can make a lot of mistakes.

Thank you :)

If you are doing a CR-1/IR-1 you do not need any petitioner's documents in the DS-230 package.
