Part 1:

Ells, it comes on CWTV here. Do you get such a station?

Jamerican Queen, not sure when we'll be heading back to Vegas. I want to go & see a bunch of Cirque du Soleil shows, but that's too pricey. They need to have a package deal where you can get tickets to ALL of them for one LOW price.

We're going to New Orleans April 9-12 for the French Quarter Festival and for a Get Motivated Seminar. It was only $5 and will have speakers including Laura Bush, Rudi Guiliani, Drew Brees, Sean Payton (Geaux Saints!), Colin Powell & more.

Then in November, back to Jamaica. At some point, we need to go to New York to visit my best friend & his sister, but that might wait until next year, unless I get another free airline ticket soon.

We do have CWTV but I haven't seen it on the TV listings.....strange. I wonder if they air it here on a different night...maybe on one of my school nights.

Ooooh, if they had Cirque du Soleil package deals, I'd SOOO be on that! I can watch those shows a hundred times & never get bored. We recently saw Ovo here...Lehi was enthralled with the guys dressed as crickets (or grasshoppers).

Sounds like a great seminar & a fun trip!

Going to the GS dance tonight with the family. Hope we have a little fun and maybe Tierra can get a slow dance out of Louis..aawwwwww.

Then Louis has a playdate!!! hahaha! One of the mom's of Tierra schoolmate and I have hit it off. Well her husband is so cool and Louis finally met him last night. So he invited him over tonight to hang out... they seem to have some things in common. ANNNNND he own a lanscaping biz.. so maybe Louis can get a friendship and maybe some work oppurtunities out of it over the summer. Louis likes that kind of stuff.

So was it a fun weekend Cat? How'd that go for Louis? It's nice when our guys can branch out & make some friends (& possibly find work)!

On another note:

Reason #25678954 not to have kids...

My brother called me last night to tell me "Hurricane Siyah" (my niece) as I like to refer to her as who is 2 years old got a spanking yesterday in the supermarket. For some reason she was compelled to pull her pants down and shake her butt!!! She is a hot rass mess. I just got off the phone with her and asked her why she did.. she said "I pulled up my pants" I guess so after the butt whoopin!

Her birthday is in June and my sister is having a "Princess" party for her, because she walks around chanting, "Im a princess, im a princess". I bought her pajamas that look like a princess gown. She loves them. I am so excited about her party. Im going to buy her a tea set and have little cakes for her and sit with her and play

@ you giving reasons now! at Hurrican Siyah.....I think she just takes after her auntie a little bit....she just prefers the bottom getting some 'fresh air' versus the top!

How do you take a 100 question test, get 6 wrong, and score a 74????? I need to investigate this more, but the teacher is not responding to email during Spring Break weak, so we may have to wait.

This just infuriates me! Now I'm not trying to generalize too much but, if SOME people don't step up & start acting decent, Jamaica stands no chance of ever getting ahead. They'd have to have police escort me out of that place after that!!

The Lucea hospital is bad bad! It reminds me of some kind of ancient ward from WWI or something.

But what those people did to Lawny's Grandma is just unconscionable! *SMDH*

Im a little scared to buy her dolls, one of her dolls had red marker all over it and she tried to stab it! But your right Irie and thats what imma do, let me go look for the doll. I will make sure I take pics when I get it.
