Hi we got married December 26th, 2009. Soon we will have our marriage contact back with in the next two days, and will start sending out the forms. We are unclear now after the Department of State to Close K-3 Visas if I-129F and I-130 Petitions Approved and Received Together.

From what we understand is that we will be issued a CR-1 visa now? Instead of the K3 visa. Is it asking us to send in both the I130 and I129f forms in at the sametime instead of waiting for the NOA1 to send in the I129f like it asked to do for the K3 visa?

We would appreciate any help or advice. We have tried to call USCIS on what to do and each time we call the line is buisy.

please send in JUST the I-130.

Good Luck !
