Can anyone please answer to this questions that I have :

Can anyone/RAJ456 please respond to following : [/size]

1. One can send DS-3032 email even before getting DS-3032 in mail/post ? Who signs DS-3032

2. Can my spouse do signatures of mine in both DS230 and DS-3032 ?

3. Once the AOS fee is paid online, the very next minute can we print the bard-code, or do we have to wait

until the status changes to 'AOS Fee paid' and after that only we can print bar-code ?

4. Do we pay IV fee when we receive IV fee bill, OR we pay once we can get an update on DS-3032 HAS BEEN ACCEPTED ?

5. When do we print the bar-code for IV fee: When the status shows as paid OR just after we submit payment online ?

6. Orignal documents are laminated, is it okay ?

1) I sent mine in the letter format as soon as we received our case number. Received without any issues.

2) Signatures must be original and not "faked."

3) You have to wait till the bill shows as PAID in a day or two and then print out the cover letter.

4) Once your DS3032 is accepted, your IV bill will be invoiced and you can go ahead and pay it. The email requesting you to make the payment will follow soon after.

5) Again, only print once payment status shows as PAID.

6) No idea--hard to tell.

Than in this case, I am the beneficiary and I have to sign DS-3032 and DS-230.

Is it possible that I can sign both DS-230 and DS-3032 and send it to my wife in advance from now itself.

And than she will put the appropriate bar-code in each of them.

All this is to just save time. So at that time she doesn't have to send DS-230 and DS-3032 to me.

I used forms from the website and filled them out and sent them to my husband as soon as we got our NOA2 along with the rest of the documentation. He was able to overnight them as soon as our IV bill cleared.

You can use the VJ letter format for the DS3032 Choice of Agent.

re: barcode -

the barcode does NOT have to be ON the form, for the I-864 and the DS-230 -

there is a coversheet that is supplied to you, on the payment portal, that you include with each formset,

and it has the barcode on it.

MOST ppl also write the NVC case number on each page of the forms and documents, as well.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
