Hey guys,

Well, sent in the 751 this afternoon. It's in the Good Lord's hands now. I submitted mine with a waiver due to divorce from a good faith marriage. My wife divorced me in October. Suffice it to say, my life was pretty much destroyed. I'm doing much better now and getting my life in order. In any event, here's the addition to my timeline. Good luck to everyone and if anyone else is a waiver, feel free to ask any questions. I've been consulting several lawyers (pro bono) but have filed the waiver on my own.

Finally,

Dropped off my joint I-751 application and rest of the docs this morning at the post office for next day delivery; didnt feel like taking a chance of getting this delivered into next week. It was hard for me to get everything stuffed into their flat rate express envelope as my packet was about 180+ pages but somehow I was manage to fit it in after removing about 30 pages...lol

I had to removing all pages from travel itineraries except the front where you have all the needed info. Plus i removed some billing statements from credit cards and utility bills to have one from every 6 months now instead of every 3 before.

All in all, i took out about 20-30 pages... I hope this won't water down the evidence.....I have everything for the most part solid except for the fact that I lost my green card and had no copy of it so instead I got a copy of my infopass appt to show i consulted with USCIS regarding this, copy of the police report i filed for the lost card, copy of my original letter in which my green card came (i-797d), and my "welcome to US..." letter (i-797C).. hopefully that will be enough to ease up my situation but we'll find out soon..

i was a bit worried because i havent' heard fom USCIS, i always check our bank account if they happened to cash the check,,, i checked bank account at 6pm and nothing but when i checked it again after an hour,,, there yah go,, USCIS cashed the check this day 3/18/10,,, it took a while but it so happened that there was 2 weekends that passed... so to sum it all, it took 9 days from mailing up to caching check :dance::wow::)

I-751 timeline

3/05/10 - mailed I-751 packet

3/12/10 - arrived at CSC

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/16/10 - touched

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment

9/20/10 - touched

9/21/10 - touched

I cannot make out the 3 letters in front of the number on the cheque. Can another tell me what theirs is so I can try that. I tried EAC and that didn't work.

You're right, the first 3 letters are EAC, but you have to wait for your bio appointment letter to be able to check your status online. Also that is an EAC...... number, but different than the one on the check, but it does allow you to see your status online.

and than you need to wait a little longer for you bio......that will have the number you can use to track your status online
