O.K this is not cool. It's been a month now since they received my package so why haven't I received my biometrics letter yet? :crying:

I got my NOA on 4-6-10. Is is infopass time or should I give them another week? I don't want them telling me I didn't show for my biometrics.

Just a little more patience. It took us 23 days to get our bio appointment. If it doesn't show this week, then I might be concerned. :star:

Just a little more patience. It took us 23 days to get our bio appointment. If it doesn't show this week, then I might be concerned. :star:

Those are my original dates. I thought the bio was early too but i'm trying not to read too much into it.

updating my timeline, got a text message and here what it says in uscis website

On April 26, 2010, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

2011 March 31 - Sent off Naturalization pkg overnight to Texas

2011 April 1 - Arrived in Texas at 10:21 am

2011 April 1 - NOA (rec'd via snail mail April 8)

2011 April 7 - Cheque cashed

2011 May 5 - Biometrics (letter rec'd via snail mail April 15)

2011 May 9 - Placed in line for interview scheduling

2011 June 13 - Rec'd yellow letter (no change in status online)

2011 June 23 - Rec'd text that my case has been scheduled for interview

2011 August 1 - Interview (rec'd via snail mail June 27) PASSED

2011 August 3 - Rec'd email that my case has been scheduled for Oath

2011 September 1 - Oath ceremony (rec'd snail mail Aug 5)

2011 September 1 - All done, yeah.

We got our Biometrics letter yesterday. It was dated 4/21. Our appointment is set for May 19th but we might have to change the date because it conflicts with something else. for now, though, whoever is better at updating the list than me can add the May 19th date for Bio for us.

Oh, and this time we have to go to Cincinatti for it. We've always gone to Louisville and have never had to go to the Cincy office. Didn't even know there was one. This stinks because it's further away... :-(

10-2005- met in Wales & began dating (We were students)

07-2005- found out we were pregnant (and they said I couldn't conceive-yay!!)

09-2005- vacation in Croatia where he sneakily bought my engament ring w/o me knowing

10-2006- he proposed

11-13-2006- mailed I-129F

11-22-2006- NOA1

11-30-2006- Touched

23-01-2007- Pete comes to the US to stay as a tourist for 90 days-no problem arriving on a one way ticket!

13-02-2007- NOA 2 (email)

20-02-2007- NOA 2 (postal letter)

05-03-2007- Packet 3 received

08-03-2007- Packet 3 stuff mailed back

08-03-2007- Baby Samuel is born!

23-03-2007- Packet 4 received

25-05-2007- Medical exam

27-04-2007- interview date

02-05-2007- Visa received!

11-05-2007- Pete flies back to the U.S.

06-25-2007- We get legally married

07-18-2007- Mail off EAD and AOS

07-31-2007- EAD and AOS received at national center

08-15-2007- Biometrics in Louisville

08-31-2007- "real" wedding with the dress and cake

04/28/2008- AOS Interview! (We passed!)

05/07/08- Card arrives in mail.

Congrats to those that got approved :dance::dance: :dance:

Quick Questions: Has anyone checked to see if there was a touch on their AOS and EAD. I just checked mine and it was touched last sunday. I have read aobut people with similar experiences on some other forums. Please can you check and let me know....just wanna make sure i'm not the only one experiencing this. Thanks:-)
