Hi everyone,

I haven't had a chance to update the spreadsheet with my info yet, I will tonight.

I sent my application in 3/19, the check was cashed 03/24, and I recieved my NOA1 on 04/07 (about, I can check for sure here at work).

I have not recieved my biometrics apt yet. I took a look through the spreadsheet and most if not people filing at the california service center around my time have their's already.

Is this abnormal? Should i be worried? If it was lost in the mail what can i do?

MDavis31, I am in the same boat as you so maybe we shouldn't panic just yet. I sent mine on 3-23 and it was received on 3-25. Check was cashed 3-29 and I got the NOA on 4-6 but no biometrics yet. It is frustrating but I doubt we are alone.

I need to update the spreedsheet, but am electronically challenged.

NOA on April 8th. Check cashed the same day. No biometrics date yet...

So guys, you aren't alone. I sent my entire package off on the 27th of March and still don't have a biometrics date yet for my husband. Maybe it's just taking awhile....I hope. :-)

I've been getting some materials ready for a RFE just in case. This time around, I'm ready!

10-2005- met in Wales & began dating (We were students)

07-2005- found out we were pregnant (and they said I couldn't conceive-yay!!)

09-2005- vacation in Croatia where he sneakily bought my engament ring w/o me knowing

10-2006- he proposed

11-13-2006- mailed I-129F

11-22-2006- NOA1

11-30-2006- Touched

23-01-2007- Pete comes to the US to stay as a tourist for 90 days-no problem arriving on a one way ticket!

13-02-2007- NOA 2 (email)

20-02-2007- NOA 2 (postal letter)

05-03-2007- Packet 3 received

08-03-2007- Packet 3 stuff mailed back

08-03-2007- Baby Samuel is born!

23-03-2007- Packet 4 received

25-05-2007- Medical exam

27-04-2007- interview date

02-05-2007- Visa received!

11-05-2007- Pete flies back to the U.S.

06-25-2007- We get legally married

07-18-2007- Mail off EAD and AOS

07-31-2007- EAD and AOS received at national center

I sent it on the 5th, my NOA receipt date says 03/08 but when I go online It says they received it on the 10th! :blink:

O.K this is not cool. It's been a month now since they received my package so why haven't I received my biometrics letter yet? :crying:

I got my NOA on 4-6-10. Is is infopass time or should I give them another week? I don't want them telling me I didn't show for my biometrics.
