Exactly. However, the Cap and Trade isn't necessary for the government to curtail CO2 emissions now. The EPA has every right within its jurisdiction to regulate CO2 emission as per SCOTUS ruling.

No matter how wrong they may be... and why the State of Texas is suing the #### out of them.

Suing the EPA over regulating CO2 emissions after SCOTUS ruled in favor of it? Good luck with that.

We can easily ignore the laws just fine legally as well. Per the constitution.

The SCOTUS was quite wrong and so much is based off of inconclusive science.

Perhaps they should ban the manufacture of carbonated beverages, and yeast products, like bread and wine, not to mention beer and whiskey.

You should write that up and send it to SCOTUS. Maybe Orly Taitz could represent you?

I thought carbon dioxide was carbon dioxide. Are those not human activities contributing to global warming?

Orly Taitz is definitely the one you want representing your case. You two are cut from the same mold.

Your wasting your good efforts here. You need to gather your evidence, call Orly and prepare to battle SCOTUS like a true fighter. Go get 'em tiger.

Can we Cap and Tax Volcanoes too?

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senator Barack Obama
Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt

Fuel Taxes Must Rise, Harvard Researchers Say

By SINDYA N. BHANOO

To meet the Obama administration’s targets for cutting greenhouse gas emissions, some researchers say, Americans may have to experience a sobering reality: gas at $7 a gallon.

That wouldn't faze me. If gas went from the current $2.60 to $7, let's call it generously a tripling of current prices, my monthly bill would go from about $60 to $180. I could stand that. We don't drive that much. Public transit, FTW.

Can you cover my fuel bill as well? Currently $300 to $500 a month.
