Confused and Badly needs help

Hello Fellow vj members,

I apologize if i will have so many questions with regards to the I-130 we filed for my kids. Am just sooo confused and not sure what to do .

I got an email from USCIS telling me that I can now download the form I-864 and the Ds-230 forms.My hubby lost his job a couple of months ago and because of that he is not making what he was making before which is 50K a year.

I am working full time now and so is my hubby.

My questions are:

1. Do i have to include my income in the I-864 ?

2. When does USCIS need the I-864?

3. Hubby lost his job couple months ago and his last 2 years income was really more than enough for the 2 dependents( me and our baby) but not the 2009.

3.Is this going to be a problem that he was unemployed for a couple of months?

4. Also about the DS-230 I ( wife of the petitioner) am the agent ..do i need to send the original DS-230 form to my kids (7 and 11 yrs. old)in the Philippines and have them signed the DS-230 form? and send the form back to me?

5. If the kids needs to sign the DS-230 do they need to sign the page 2 and page 4 of the form?

6.If so when do I need this DS-230 ?

7. When hubby lost his job..he was not able to pay child support for his daughter the times he was unemployed.. but DHR got half of the tax refund for his daugher..would this cause a redflag on our application?

8. another thing is the DS-230 form asked for the biological parent's date of birth.. Should I put my Ex's date of birth even though he is already deceased or just leave it blank?
