Case Completed What 's Next

My Sister Cases was completed or closed on January 28,2010 they are in the categories of F2B, Their priority date is on July 30,2010 , I had called the NVC couple times , but they told me that they are no visas available at this time ..

Can anybody tell me how long this usually takes to get a interview at the embassy ?????

All the paperwork have been turn in to the NVC , and we are just waiting got the interview..

Let me know any experience on this case..

Yeah , we already paid all the fees and also we send all the forms, we have send the package we all the forms . And i called the NVC and they said the case is complete. But there aré not visas available .

My brother has the same case. He is just waiting for his interview. He already sent all the documents last October 2009. He is also under f2B category. His priority date is December 1998. We're from the Philippines. I think his priority date needs to be current first before his interview. The visa bulletin states August 1998 for Philippines.

Hi Can u please guide me..and walk me through the process. I submited choice of agent form and they generated iv bill which we paid on 1st march. So along with the Ds230 forms what else shud we submit..?

I think you should send all the Affidavit support forms along with the DS 230 forms. that way you are sending everything at once ,

We will be sending the i864 and ds230 together to nvc.

my priority date is 16th may 2003- location India

but my mom is unemployed so my cousin is filing i864a

I want to know what else do u send along with ds230 and i864..do you need to send birthcertificate and police certificates ?

Hello,

here is a link with all the information that you are going to need . you will need to send police certificate, passport copy , ETC , make sure you read all the information just to make sure you send everything they ask you .
