Hello,

I am wondering if anyone can give me some information on this electronic processing as I just received My emails that the ds3032 is available along with the aos fee.

I was reading over the electronic processing and it seems a little complicated and was wondering if anyone go give me some advice as how to go abouts doing it or any experience with this.

Thanks,

I have a Mtl as it says I am eligible to do it.

You can check out this thread - Electronic Processing

Wyatt's Torch would be a good source of info (Good luck on the interview, Wyatt!) *crosses fingers*

Yes, I think most of the pertinent information is in that thread. I started back when I was a newbie on this forum, so you can get a slightly jumbled sense of all the questions I had as I was going through the process. Feel free to ask any questions on that thread, or you can PM me if you'd like.

And thanks, Birdnerd, for the well-wishes! I'm getting excited. :)

Hi,

There is also a VJ wiki page, on this subject, which has some good info:

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...onic_Processing

Also, if you look at this list, everyone who has an EP beside their name has filed electronically, so you can pm them for info if you like:

I did EP as well so if you have questions I can help too. I didn't find it all that difficult, was hard to find people that had done it through Montreal last year though.

How to OPT IN

First, call NVC to get your NVC casenumber. If you don't have one yet, call back daily until one is issued. This will be the PAPERCASE CaseNumber (see SpeedBumps, below).

You must send an email to a special NVC/GUZ/MTL address, with the DS-3032 (PDF version, SIGNED by hand & rescanned), with the pertinent info in the body of the email. See http://travel.state.gov/visa/visa_4410.html

02-25-2010 - Change of email address -

is now - NVCElectronic@state.gov

for all NVC Electronic Processing, regardless

of Guangzhou or Montreal

Subject Line: OPTIN XXX2009123123

Body:

Petitioner's Email Address: JoeBob@yahoo.com

Beneficiary's Email Address: SallyMae@yahoo.com

Petitioner's name: JoeBob Jones

Beneficiary's name: Sally Mae Vo

Petitioner's Date of Birth: 01/12/1959

Beneficiary's Date of Birth: 04/11/1962

[Optional]Attorney of Record's name and address

Is this the correct way to opt in?
