Hi, I'm in the process of filing for AOS for my wife who's a F1 student in the US.

According to the I-485 instructions, I believe, you only need to provide the criminal record if you've ever been arrested/convicted. Is this correct? My wife has a clean record should I file without the criminal record?

Also, if required, she can go to a county courthouse in the US to get a criminal record right? She has been in the US for 5 yrs.

Thanks for your help,

VT
