Going to get Washington State Drivers License

....in BC you have the big L on the car??? If so..I would consider that a Learners as you cannot drive without a licenced driver..and that is consistant with the learners permit in WA...graduating to the big happy N would be a regular licence but with restrictions..but still not a valid licence in the state of Wa...

Yeah, I finally did get my WA license, but I still did have to do the knowledge test and driving test. They were pretty confused on why we called our Learner's a "License" lol.
