• Retrofitting buildings for efficiency

• Constructing transit lines (construction work – trades)

• Transit operators

• Refining waste oil into biodiesel – new

• Erecting wind farms (construction – expanded industry)

• Repairing hybrid cars (new training – expanded employment opportunities – pending growth in manufacturing the hybrid cars)

• Building green rooftops

• Planting trees

• Food farming
