Hello VJ members and guests,

My husband's conditional green card is going to expire in Sept, 2010. When is the best time to apply for removal of conditions? What type of evidences are required to send with the I-751 application?

12/06/2007: I-130 petition sent to Chicago Lockbox.

01/30/2008: Received NOA 1.

04/25/2008: I-130 APPROVED.

06/04/2008: Came to know about Visa Journey.com.

07/02/2008: CASE COMPLETED.

07/14/2008: Case transferred to Mumbai.

08/27/2008: Interview - Visa Approved

09/03/2008: POE-Chicago

09/04/2008: Applied for SSN

09/11/2008: Received SSN

10/27/2008: Received "Welcome Letter"

11/04/2008: USCIS mailed the approval notice

11/06/2008: Green Card Received !!!

07/02/2010: I-751 mailed to CSC

07/06/2010: CSC received I-751 application

07/06/2010: Check cashed

07/09/2010: CSC mailed the NOA1. Dated: 07/06/2010

07/13/2010: NOA1 Notice received

07/28/2010: Biometrics Appointment Letter received. Dated: 07/20/2010

He can apply 90 days before the conditional GC expires.

2008-05-31 I arrived at JFK (took me 1hour and a half to be out of the airport with a stamp in my passport)

2010-03-09 NOA-1

2010-03-10 check cashed

2010-4-12 Bio (done early 3-29)

2010-6-3 card production ordered

2010-6-19 10 year GC recieved

yup as the others said 90 days before your GC expires , and read the instructions on what you have to send

once you got all the effidance together go to Doncin doughnuts and pick up some yummy daughnuts add them with your application heard they will spead up the process ,

( LOL Just kidding about the daughnuts, but wish it was true i would have send them a truck full ) lol

24 Nov 09 send in I 751 ( ROC , in VT )

25 Nov 09 Your item was delivered at 12:10 PM in SAINT ALBANS, VT 05479 to INS .

30 Nov 09 Check Cashed

21 Dec 09 biometric

On March 9, 2010, we ordered production of your new card.

12 March 2010 received approval letter in mail

16 March 2010 10 year Green Card received in mail exp date March 09 / 2020

April 14/2017 send N400 

04/25/17 credit card charged
