O.k so I got a mail from USCIS reminding me I need to file jointly to remove my condition. My 90 day window starts on the 18th of March. Good to see them reminding us but the mail was forwarded from our old address even after we filed AR-11 and got a confirmation from them that they've received the address change. This could have easily been the extention letter or at worse, the biometrics appointment. I don't want to miss any appointment because the mail went to our old address first and had to be forwarded. What do you guys suggest I do? I can call on Monday but even if they confirm over the phone, who's to say they won't still send my stuff to the old address? Am I worrying over nothing?

If it were me, I would make a call to USCIS - just to be sure, but they very likely do have your correct address in their system while their 'reminder' database may not be current (from what I've seen, it isn't always the case).

They very likely will also update (or re-update) their system when you send in your I-751 (the address on your forms should be where they send things to - such as the NOA1 etc). I'd make the call and not be terribly concerned about it.

About a remainder letter, it looks they send it to old address where you lived when you filed AOS.

I saw many people say same thing here. I think you should be fine if you have AR-11 confirmation :)

Do not worry about it. Many people, including me, received a reminder at their old address, which is the address you used for your AOS.

You can call USCIS, but it is not going to be helpful - their standard reply to you is they can't pull any information on you unless you have a receipt number.

When you file your I-751 Removal Of Conditions, they will send your NOA and biometrics letters to the address you specify on your application. As long as you filed the AR-11 and have a copy of it, then there is nothing to worry about.

Good luck!
