Wow. I just got the news today (on a Sunday) that our I-130 for my spouse was approved. I can't believe it. No RFE or nothing. I'm speechless. I'm so excited and as everyone else says, thank you VJ. I do have one question however. I filed a 129-F for the K3 as well, but they were both marked as being approved. This just means that the K3 will basically be canceled and I will have to move ahead with the IR-1, correct? Yeah, my baby's comin' home.

After your approval, did you call NVC & got your case number? In how long was it available?
