hi folks...just curious.. :whistle:

which comes first in AOS timeline???the RFE or the Biometrics Appt. Letter? once u have the letter and the appt. date for biometrics, does it mean ur simply safe from having an rfe???again, just curious and oh boy it will be a relief if its true... :thumbs:

04-09-2010 ---- Authorization for Parole/Travel Dox Received

04-16-2010 ---- EAD Card Received

05-12-2010 ---- Interview Schedule in Milwaukee..PASSED!!! Thank You Lord!

05-17-2010 ---- Welcome Notice arrived in mail

06-01-2010 ---- Received Instruction Permit Card from DMV

06-10-2010 ---- 2-yr. GC/PRC arrived today in the mail..SALAMAT PO LORD!

12-12-2010 ---- Got my DMV License

Unfortunately its not. Most people get their biometrics appointment letter within a couple weeks of the NOA1, when their petition has not been look at yet. Even if it gets transferred to CSC there is still a chance for an RFE when they start processing your case if something is missing or not right. RFE comes before your interview though (if you get one) so once you get your interview the case is fine RFE wise.

OMG we've been married aroung the same time, Danu...

But anyways lol, RFE's aren't good. Danu is right as they can come anywhere from the time you mail the package until BEFORE the interview... SO you can get an RFE (hope u dont) even after you've done the biometrics..

To avoid this, please read the guides for assistance or just post your questions

07/19/10 - 2 YEAR Green Card received

Removal of Conditions (9 months 1 1/2 weeks or 285 days)

04/08/12 - Eligibility date

04/19/12 - Sent ROC Package

04/26/12 - Hardcopy NOAs Received

05/17/10 - Biometrics letter

05/24/12 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics in Dover DE

01/25/13 - APPROVED- ROC card production ordered

02/05/13 - 10 YEAR Green Card received

Naturalization (5 months 2 days or 155 days)

04/15/13 - Eligibility date

06/07/13 - Sent Package

06/20/13 - Hardcopy NOAs Received

06/27/12 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics in Dover DE

07/05/13 - Interview letter sent/In-line notification
