Hi there,

somebody once posted a link to download packets 3 and 4 for Italy from the Italy USCIS website, but I cannot find it in any way! Could you please help me??

12/07/2009 - I-130 and supporting documents sent to USCIS office in Rome

12/16/2009 - USCIS office received the form

02/16/2010 - NOA1

02/22/2010 - I-130 Approved

05/27/2010 - DS-230 sent

07/19/2010 - Medical exam in Napoli

07/20/2010 - Interview

One thing: is the police certificate needed for me only or also for the US petitioner? And the birth certificate? Thanks a lot!

Only your police certificate and birth certificate are needed. Your wife should have already submitted her proof of US citizenship when you submitted your I-130. Make sure when you get your birth certificate that it is the "estratto di nascita con paternita' e maternita'" or sometimes known as "Art. 3". You have to have your parents names listed on your birth certificate and the usual "estratto di nascita" doesn't have their names on it. Hope this helps!
