The record of previous shots if you have it will save you from getting the same shots at St. Lukes.

so you mean its still gonna be okay if i dont have the record? coz im afraid that my doctor is prolly dead already.. plus i dont know where the clinic is. i can get some from my previous vac but not the childhood vac record.... thanks!=)

Of course it'll be okay if you don't have records. St Lukes will be more than happy to give you more shots and they won't even charge you extra... :whistle:

Still gonna be okay. :) I got 3 extra shots when I had my medical exam

Having no vaccination record is absolutely ok. If you have had chicken pox, be sure to locate the scar to show it to them so that you no longer have to get immunization for it. Good luck in your medical exam! You'll do great! :thumbs:

Is a record of immunization shots needed for the medical examination?

Any help will be greatly appreciated! :)

went at st. luke's without an immunization record.. no problem at all..

they gave me two shots, tdap (this one really made my left arm sore) and mmr..

you'll do just fine! God bless! :D
