Salams all,

just want to be sure I"m not seeing things.....we received NOA1 on 2/11 and today just received biometrics appt. Does this mean no rfe's and after the biometrics just the interview?

I am dancing for joy right now :dance: ....the process is so smooth when you do it righ the first time and with all YOUR help and support of course.

The biometrics are separate from the way the AOS is handled. You could still receive and RFE on the AOS. It is a good sign because the initial review of your documents were satisfactory to MCS. Good luck!

Immigration Free until 2008.
