N-400 naturalization timeline

Hi All- I was wondering if I am eligible from a time perspective to submit N-400 for naturalization.

Residence Since in Green card :- 5/10/2007

First Year :- 5/10/2008

Second Year :- 5/10/2009

Third Year and eligibility :- 5/10/2010

Application can be submitted (90 days prior):- 2/9/2010

Can I submit the N-400 any time from now? Is it wise to wait one or two?

You can submit it now. As long as USCIS doesn't receive it earlier than the 90 days prior to your 3rd year anniversary, then you will be fine.
