Can my mom get the visa on the same day?

Hi! Is there anybody who has experienced this? I would want my mom to get her visa after her interview day cause we live in the provice so when she is in Mnaila,I want her to go do the CFO seminar so that she won't be going back and forth to Manila for the seminar. So has abybody asked the US embassy if they can get theri visa on the same day? Thank you!

I dont think it is possible to get the same day...she might be able to set something up to be able to pick it up a couple of days after the interview. they have to print the visa before they can send the passport back. I think others in the past have either had air 21 deliver to a hotel or the people personally go back after 2 or 3 days to pick up.

Of course there is probably some exception out there that will chime in...but from all I have read here...not the same day.

The US embassy is the one giving you the schedule when you will get the visa. I didn't hear of anyone who got their visa the same day because there are still printing to do and last minute checking of the documents.
