Where to send papers for AOS and EAD

Hi everybody...

does anybody know where I have to send my papers to? I live in Delaware and I'm not sure now if I have to send all the papers to Chicago? Or do I only have to send the EAD to Chicago and the AOS to Vermont??

I would appreciate your help.
