When approved for Advance Parole while waiting for the 2 year green card, is there a restriction/time limit that a beneficiary can be out of US?

Can my girl go back home for visit as long as 2 months this summer, and not have this cause problems with AOS?

There isn't REALLY a restriction that I'm aware of, but what if she's gone while you get the interview letter? I think most people don't stay gone that long just in case.

Have a plan in place in case you get the appointment letter as sometimes booking a flight short notice is REALLY expensive. Make sure you have a ticket that you can change the return date on at the very least. She may well have her greencard by then, have you looked at the projected date to get it?

Please complete your timeline so people can use your info for projected dates and so you can take advantage of it. Also, you're still listed as a K1 but now you're AOS (pending)... GRATS!
