Hi,

Everything started on August 2009.

I'm waitting for CR1 visa and our case is in NVC. Yesterday we received the firts dokuments from them.

So, if everything will be ok with this paper work, how long will we wait for the interview ? Maybe it is difficult to say, but please tell me about your experience.

best wishes ...

It is DS3032 ... there is also bill for $70 ...

But we didn't call them and give our e-mail adresses. Is it wrong?

Take LingChe's Shortcuts which make a huge difference, especially now that you can pay both bills, the AOS and IV Bill online.

Yes it is wrong (for a speedy case only  ) Go ahead call them and give them your e-mail address. you are going to save lots of time with this. Don't forget to send everything overnight to them.

Good luck!

There is nothing wrong. They got your email address from the petition you filed with USCIS. You can call them and make sure they have both of your emails and phone number.

You can go ahead and pay the $70 fee on the website, you only need a bank account in the US.

Tell the beneficiary to send the DS3032 by email to NVC. You can find a template here: http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

After they accept the choice of agent (ds3032) they will send an email to the beneficiary saying that the IV bill was generated ($400).

Join us at the NVC February thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...648&st=2520

Good luck =)

There is one problem, we can't pay ONLINE... we can pay by money order only...

hum. Well you can do the old fashion way. There's nothing wrong with that. you should follow James's shortcuts. However try to read Lingchen shortcuts as well and stay like in the middle of both guides.

If you have more questions regarding NVC please post them here we will try to help you.

Also, don't send any money order before calling the NVC and asking them how you should proceed.

I'm not sure how it works if you can't pay it online. Please check with them before taking any action.

Good luck!

I have another qestion:

I'm not sure that I will received mail with Choice of address and Agent ( it is so far away from the USA).

in my husband mail (ds-3032) is adnotation:

"While only the applicant can sign the DS-3032, you may send or fax a copy of the enclosed form to the applicant, if you learn that he or she has not received it. the applicant can then complete, sign, and return the DS-3032 to NVC"...

Maybe we should't wait and do it now? Not after long waiting for ds-3032... because mails from the USA could be in Poland after 2 weeks...

There is important every day!!!

You can send the template I posted above from YOUR email account. No need to sign it.

Or if you want... you can print the attachment they sent to your husband's email, sign, scan and send it back from your email account.

I sent both ways and they accept my first one (the template one).

You can send it now... hopefully they will accept it in 3-5 days.

ps- join us in the NVC thread, there are a lot of good information and people going trough the same process as you. You will find a lot of information there =)

Good luck.

For paying with money orders - wait until you have both the AOS and the IV bill so you only have to send one package (two money orders with the fee bills attached) to the US.

I paid with a money order from Canada as I did not have a bank account in the US. You do not need to call NVC.

Montreal: BEAT!!! Approved!!!!!
