Hi.

I am an F-1 Student who got married in December to a US Citizen. We filed our I-130, I-485 and I-765 a few days ago and I have a few questions.

When I receive my EAD am I allowed to work full time whilst going to school?

Can I file for residency with my EAD for in-state tuition?

Can I start a business with my EAD or do I have to wait until I get my greencard?

Roughly how long is it taking for greencards to be issued under the category I fall under?

Thanks for your help,

Ben

YES

NO. You have to a permanent Resident or Citizen

Not sure about this one, but maybe

You will be allowed to work and of course won't be required to be enrolled this summer... yay u...

Not so sure about the other questions as its best to consult an immigration lawyer about starting your own business
