Translation of emails

As proof of on-going relationship I will be attaching email communication, however since we both speak farsi our emails are in Farsi even though we use the latin alphabet.

Can I just have ONE statement that:

"I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the United States of America that the foregoing is true and correct translation of the original, from Farsi to English, and that I am fluent in both languages. Executed on [date]"

For all email communication or Would I need to do that for EACH email?

Thanks much

The solution is simply to refrain from sending any emails as evidence of relationship during the petition phase. It simply isn't required. You might take a screen shot of your email log and send that. At the Consulate stage, you can take all the emails you want as evidence without translating them. They really don't want to read the emails as much as they want to see by what means and how frequently you communicate.

But yes, you could arrange the emails so that one certification would be sufficient.

I don't know what stage you are at. At the beginning stage I think a notorized statement is fine although there are probably many people there that can read Farsi. At the final stage there are also many people that speak Farsi that can read the emails themselves.

GOOD LUCK!!!!
