I don't think a Canadian has ever had an 'EOR'. Maybe it's needed in China, but I have never heard of such a thing.

I'm not saying your advice isn't warrented, but each country does have different 'requirements.

Montreal: BEAT!!! Approved!!!!!

Yeah...in the six or more months I've been reading VJ (and Montreal Embassy reviews in particular), I have NEVER heard mention of something like this.

It must be more of a suggested requirement in China. I can all but guarantee that it's not in Canada.

On the forums I've been on and the immigration book I bought EOR has never been mentioned as a requirement for Canadians or for any other country in general. On the DOS website it does mention that some consulates have their own requirements in addition to the general ones that apply to all, guess thats the case in China. Here EOR is not needed. As for ####### organization goes my wife let me organize it all which is good:) I would have trusted her in doing it but she's a little more "all over the place" hehe and doesn't really trust herself when it comes to this type of stuff. So for this she's glad I'm so by the book and orderly, #######, etc. :)

I can see the CO throwing a page like that aside (while a lot of info in a folder is a good thing to have, providing anything not asked for can cause CO irritation  )
