I'm not sure how it works for your type of visa, but he should make a copy of the bio page of his passport. They asked for that at my interview.

But yeah, I'm kinda ####### about organization. Like I said to my wife last night, "This is one of those times where we should BOTH be glad I'm so meticulous!"

It's kinda funny how that works out in many marriages -- one partner is the super-organized one while the other is more scattered. Makes for a good yin and yang though.

Heh...the thing is that I myself KNOW how annoying it must be to my wife most of the time. But it's a trait that certainly comes in handy in situations like this interview! My theme song should be Radiohead's "Everything In Its Right Place".

could also be 2 pages, as well - not need 'million pages'.

Basically, the EOR is a concise SUMMARY of whats what, with the data bits in it, something the VO can read without having to dig through a pile of paperwork. the 'pile of paperwork' supports the data bits in the EOR letter, not the other way round.

I dunno, yer call. You asked, I answered. Still yer choice to use one, or no.
