Better. I went to church, although my mind was not there, I did a lot of praying.

How was your day?

I'm glad that you feel better. I was tired so I took a nap this afternoon. It has been at least 6 or 7 years since I took a nap, so I was a bit restless. I'm so conditioned to check on Mom that it's going to be a long time before I can sleep the way that I used to. I suppose it's almost like PTSD in a way.
