Well, I know for sure that the latest he is leaving is April 5, which would put him here by the 10th. Just hope he is able to leave on the 29th.

Yep. He wanted to wait until his apprenticeship ended . Imagine that.

Rational-thinking menz

Luis is like that, I do things more impulsively. I flew down to Peru and dragged his gumby-azz back here with me

I'm sure he would have stayed, finished up the month at work, sold all his stuff, etc. Too freakin bad. I have no patience.

You know what this thread needs? More wine!

On that note, I am going to go refill my glass. :D

Please don't hit me, I bleed pretty good as it is. Oh, I see you were talking about an alcoholic drink of some sort, that is it, isn't it. You weren't planning on drinking the blood of the innocent, were you?

*gets up in case he needs to runaway*

Now THAT made me laugh out loud!

Yes, and what sense did that make, him finishing the apprenticeship?? That and the family good-byes which took months. Like, we waited almost 3 years for the dang visa and now that you have it you want to delay using it? You didn't have almost 3 years to prepare??????

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

If I still had that vodka bottle in the dryer, I'd be breaking open that baby, for sure.

Not the spirits you should be worshipping. :innocent:

It doesn't make sense, but some people don't make sense and we still love them

I guess I can see your boy wanting to say goodbye and make sure everything is in place before he leaves because Egypt is FAR and the airfare is expensive! Luis can fly back, in case of emergency a roundtrip ticket to Peru usually doesn't cost more than $500.

You spoke to him today right? How's he doing?

Wait, I'm a man and I sure don't think rationally, not even close.
