So I go and submerge in the tub to cleanse myself and pray. I asked G-d why He delighted in animal sacrifices before the Messiah came the first time. He answered through my inner spirit that what is pleasing to Him is sometimes not pleasing to us ( burnt offerings, the smell and shedding of blood). That He sent the Messiah to be the sacrifice so we no longer have to slay innocent animals for atonement. Yes, I know this, I replied. Then He reminded me that the Messiah also died for the animals, as in, He took their place on the sacrificial alter so they too did not have to be slaughtered. Then I began to think on the 1, 000 year reign. All that killing will stop.

What a revelation ! :star: I'm like... :wow:

I am taking the kids out somewhere. Luis is sleeping cause he worked overnight and there's nothing for them to do in this house. It's dreary out too. Maybe we'll get italian ices or something.
