Check out this cheesy commercial:

I was just viewing that on YouTube. It's a video presentation for the sales force.

And what does tall buildings and jumping rope have to do with the car???

Did you notice that baby? Looks like it's suspended in mid air.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Do you have a pic??? I would love to see the MomMobile !

I'll have to see if I have a pic. The car needs to be restored but it still runs and it's sitting in the garage. We were hoping to ship it back to the US, to AZ where it wouldn't have to deal with salt and it could be restored. One of the local Olds/Chev dealers her in Toronto rebuilt the engine but did a ####### job because it walked a main cap and that's all she wrote. We got another engine from the wrecking yard but we were going to drop in a new Chevy engine since the numbers don't match and the new Gen III Chevy small-blocks get great mileage and produce plenty of power. Mom bought the car when she was in school at IU, one of her profs was the SIL of the dealer. They still had a 1967 model on the lot and the 1968 models were out so she got a good deal. The dealership (Stephens) is still in business in Bloomington, only now it's a Honda/Hyundai, back then it was an Olds dealership. Ours has the chrome rack on the roof.

I know. I couldn't figure out what they were trying to say. Crazy. People, teenagers at heart especially, used come up and just stare at the roof. I heard my fair share of groovys, cools and far outs, that car just stuck out like a sore thumb. A q-ship, you gotta be kidding. The Cadillac, 472 375hp/525lb-ft of torque, on the other hand, now that was a q-ship. With snow tires on, power braking literally tore up the ashalt. We got a ticket once, since we ran it UNCORKED on occasion, it sounded like a top fueler.

I guess the Commies are sleeping, time for me to go to sleep while visions of holeshots and wheelies dance in my head. It's 6:11AM and I'm not tired yet. Goodnight Commies.

Hey commies ...

I called my doc this morning because last night I woke up and I was a little wet. I think I may have leaked some amniotic fluid, not 100%. I'm having a lot of back pain too and what feels like gas pain, but I have no gas. I'm waiting for him to call me back now. Maybe something is happening I didn't go into labor with the twins, they scheduled a c-section and I made it to that date, so I have no idea if this is normal or not.

Luis had a good first overnight at work & he's sleeping. It's just hard keeping the kids out of my room, they want to run in there and jump all over him like they do every morning

I really want a bagel and some ice coffee but I don't want to eat if something really is happening. So we'll see soon.

I have asked myself this question for a few weeks now. So if ya can't beat 'em, join 'em, I guess.

Where's my cake?
