One of the people I cook for asked me to cook them a "traditional" Irish meal tomorrow for St Patrick's Day Soooo...I laughed and said I was just going to boil them some potatoes and then leave. I can't decide what to make. I'm thinking I will make a roast leg of lamb but can't decide on anything else. Thoughts?
