I want to know what PHB had to say to you about it.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

I want to know what PHB had to say to you about it.

In the manner in which I delivered the news, I rendered the PHB incapable of anything less than a gracious approach.

I gave him my written notice (very brief!). I then thanked him for contributing to my success as a professional which led to this opportunity (which is so grand that I absolutely cannot turn down). This 'silliness' I fed him led him to think that he is a 'great leader'....but actually he is a PHB...so his lack of any reasonable level of intelligence left him a defenseless mute. The resignation took 1 minute, then I left for the weekend and went and had congratulatory beers with my friends :thumbs:

He's probably going through a range of 'thought' now and will want to discuss on Monday...but...he's impotent...I have slayed him, gracefully :star:

I haz a Cheerz and a Happyz! :D
