Commies, I need prayers. My heart is acting up again. :( I took magnesium when my gramma got home and it seems to have settled down a bit, but it has been flipping all day.

It is done. I'm so sorry to hear about your heart. Will sitting down or resting help at all? I'm going to crank up the prayers tout de suite.

Resting is good for me as the problem (rapid heart beat/palpitations) tire me out, but it makes me feel the mis-beat even more. I am going to go to work tomorrow, but am going to tell the supervisor that I must rest at least every 45 minutes for a few.
