Remember that they had their own TV show on Saturday mornings...'.Happening '65 '?

Which reminds me, they had some kid group on as a guest who never made it big. I remember their name...Gary and the Hornets and the song was Hey, Hey, Hazel.

Does anyone know of any good, safe, reliable diets out there? Hubby and I are going to go on one. I liked the South Beach diet concept, but not the recipes, when I looked at it a few years ago.

Weight Watchers is the only one that won't have the yo-yo effect and is actually HEALTHY because it doesn't deprive you of any needed nutrients.

What is everyone having for dinner today?

Chicken nuggets and biscuits. :P
