does anyone have any informationon any problems this may cause?

As long as you file after the annulment process is complete, there should be no problem. You will be required to attach copies of her final annulment decrees in the petition and she'd bring those, too, during the interview. Do not file while the annulment is ongoing.

All the best for you two.

My Pinay wife had (2) annulments. They can be lengthy and expensive to obtain. Annulments just because you file for one is automatic. Not all annulments are granted. The Philippines don't cultrally approve of divorces. I hope you're not in a hurry.

Good luck

Sorry I meant to say "not automatic."

no problem as long as the process is complete.. b4 u file the petition make sure that the decree was already been to the solicitors gen. in manila bcoz he is the one who has the final say about it... u have to wait for about 15 days... then go file it quick... u can only have the decree to attach on ur petition, and ur fiancee will bring her decree, finality and annotated MC on her interview at the embassy, good luck!!;)
