Hello

this forum is a great source of knowledge and, i bet, thanks to that, full of happy people:) hopefully we will be among them soon:)

I am actually looking for some help.. we haven't found all the answers so maybe somebody can help

We just applied for K1 visa. The thing is, first thing) that I stayed in USA a little too long- about 166 days . I know it is not that bad but... you never know

next thing is that.. i was married before to USA citizen (I am from Poland). i am wondering if it is going to affect out process of getting fiancee visa. Was anybody in a similar situation?? maybe you can share your story with us:)

Thank you in advance
