Hey Everyone!

We filed AOS (485 & 765) in the late fall and December 22 got an RFE for the 693. We completed the RFE and sent it via delivery confirmation January 28th of this year. According to USPS the package is still "in transit" and never got delivered :-(

February 8th they mailed us a letter for our 485 saying it was being forwarded to California for faster processing... But it appears that they haven't even touched his work authorization package since January. Does anyone know, would they have forwarded his 485 if they did not receive our medical information?

3 calls to uscis... 1 lady says "something" was received by them Feb 2nd but would give no details, the other lady says they have no way of knowing if they got our stuff, and the last call told us to resubmit it and hung up lol.

any ideas?

Martin comes here: August 4th 2009 :D

Wedding: 2009-9-19

we got the same letter and it was fowarded to csc and we just got another medical here from civil surgeon because of rfe[need medical again!!] now not sure if i should mail sealed medical to csc or mo and why did they change to csc.r they going to process without our medical? ead etc whats going on!!

That's interesting. Maybe someone is cleaning house with these silly medical RFEs.

K-1:

January 28, 2009: NOA1

June 4, 2009: Interview - APPROVED!!!

October 11, 2009: Wedding

AOS:

December 23, 2009: NOA1!

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.
