Hi everyone :)

I read A Guide to Naturalization and it gives you addressess of 3 offices, where you can file N-400. It doesn't mention Fairfax Va. I'd like to file overethere, cause they specialize in naturalization under sec 319b (my case). They say also that if you're filing from overseas (I'm filing from overseas), you can use any office. I'm asking, cause I don't want my papers to travel from place to place or get lost...Can anybody help me?

Thanks in advance :help:

N-400 timeline (under sec. 319 b from overseas)

9/13/2010 - N-400 packet sent to Vermont

9/21/2010 - NOA

3/11/2011-after emailing Faifax Office: biometrics scheduled for 1 Apr, 2011 and interview date 6 Apr 2011

4/6/2011 - interview and oath ceremony

You file where the form tells you to file - check 319(b) filing instructions - BUT you indicate in your cover letter that you want to do interview at Fairfax, VA office.

Once received, your paperwork will be forwarded to the designated office.
