Hi all!

Does anyone know what the requirements and/or process is that one needs to take in order to move his/her existing business from Europe to the USA?

Thanks in advance!

You'll need an E-1/E-2 visa. I'm not well versed in the process required to get one but travel.state.gov has the info on their web site.

Thanks for the reply! What if the country is not a part of the treaty country list?

Good question and I would think that the answer is, you won't be able to move your business to the US but you could contact the US consulate/embassy or an attorney to give you some advice.
