I read the NVC requirements and it states they need originals + translated certified copies of all the documents from the Beneficiary. My question is do I need to get an apostille for the certified copies? It does not state anywhere if they need it, but when I was submitting the certified translated copy of marriage certificate with the I-130 package I was told that we do need an apostille on it. Thank you!
