Hello. I submitted our I129f in January too, my check has been cashed, I have my acoount number, so I logged in to the USCIS site, registered and it shows that there was some activity going on w/our application. I have not yet recieved our NOA1, no text, no email, no letter, nothing. The check didn't clear my bank until 2-12-10, so it may not be time yet. I would love to get that hard copy.

Anyway, good luck to all! I will likely be involved a bit more on the January filers forum now, it's getting closer to my time. Thanks to all who have helped me before.

Wow, VSC is reaking havoc all over VJ this month. If you can get an image of your check from your bank, you can find your USCIS case number on back, it will start with WAC .###

There is also different topics started here for months' that people file their petitions. Each month begins a whole different group of filers. Some are even separated by USCIS centers such as: January K1 - VSC or CSC. The January 2010 bunch is at THIS LINK. Weclome to the madness and don't forget to fill in your timeline when you get activity.

Many thanks for the link. I have bookmarked that one, and will check it often! This is getting exciting! I had somesort of activity on 2-15-10, but I have no idea what it was, of course. They might have moved it from one workstation to another. LOL

You have an NOA1 if they cashed your check. Just need to find the date. Likely it was dated a few days after they received it.

Just a little correction, Vermont starts with EAC. WAC is for Cali

This was VSC processing your NOA1. All new petitions show a "touch" several days after filing. They're just preparing the I-797.
