When you are eligible to file, you can do it anytime after that date.

Wait a couple of days/weeks/years, doesn't matter.

Your chance to file won't "expire".

Yep, as long as you meet the three (for spouses to US citizens) / five (everyone else) year residence requirement, you can file whenever you want, as long as you're still a lawful permanent resident.

Your post tells me that you removed conditions and got a 10-year card in '09. Since I assume you are not an investor (those multi-millionaires also need to go through ROC) and I also assume that your marriage is also still intact (never give too much information!) you can indeed send the N-400 in right away.

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

You can send them anytime... you don't even need to send them if you don't want to get naturalized. Some people don't want to do so because they can't keep their home passport (some countries do not accept dual citizenship). But you are in no need to hurry to file by tomorrow.

Cheers

Good luck

Even at that, it's still a good idea to wait until after the move to file. Moving while you have a USCIS filing pending can dramatically, and completely unnecessarily, complicate things. [They aren't very good at tracking changes of address mid-stream :) ] Unless there is some pressing time limit you want or need to be naturalized by (and the only possible cause would be wanting to make a pending presidential election, which isn't the case here) then it definitely makes sense to do the move and, if necessary, wait another couple of months.

DON'T PANIC

Hi. I would still suggest you wait a bit because you'll have to send AR-11 as soon as you move, even if it's 2 blocks down the same street or 2 streets over. Until that gets processed and reaches your stack of papers @USCIS, might take a while. I'm telling you what I would do if I were you but if anyone else has a different opinion about this, feel free to further advise.

Multa bafta. A-ti lua Cetatenia este o experienta foarte usoara si placuta :)
