Need help PLEASE! filling up G-325 form & I-134 form

Hi everyone, I would like to know how to fill up the EMPLOYMENT question portion regarding the forms G-325 (Question in Employment last five years) & I-134 (Question #7), if I have TWO jobs (One is a full-time job and the other is a part-time job) available as of now. What is the correct procedure when filling up the Employment Question part about having 2 jobs?

For instance:

~ In G-325, column part of "Applicant's employment last five year," should I mark Present Times in the Month/Year column boxes, as I put the second job title in the 2nd bottom-row listings?

~ In I-134, "Question #7," should I mention or answer all the blanks by listing the 2 job info's about my work?

*** By the way, I am the Petitioner for the K-1 Visa..... Please could anyone respond and inform me about this matter. Thank You very much for responding!
