oh no!! they didn't accept N/A for #11?? i put the same thing. does that mean i have to change it too? if u don't mind me asking. so what did ur fiance put on the second i-134 u guys are going to resubmit?

My fiance put NA on the first form. Now he ticked "intend" plus full spousal support for me. Hopefully it'll work this time because that's the only problem i had with the interview. I had to submit another form I-134 from my petitioner.

I had my interview and got a problem with the I-134. The consul told me i had to resubmit because of the mistake in question number 11.. Has anyone had an experience like this? Does processing of my K-1 visa will take a lot longer? Please give some advice..

Thank you so much!

When my fiancee returned with her corrected/additional documents, the desk clerk just reviewed them briefly. Then he told her to go home and that her k1visa would be mailed to her within 3-5 days via air21. She then asked how she would pay for shipping and he said to pay the delivery man upon arrival with her visa to her mailing address. All in all, it was a relatively quick process. No second interview or anything like that. Although I'm not sure if this is typical protocol, hopefully your process goes as smoothly as ours did! She has her visa now and will be here soon! Good luck again and God bless =)

Quick question... under the Oath or Affirmation of Sponsor section there is a random blank line and when I hover over it says: Enter Relationship. Any ideas what relationship they are referring to? If you read the sentences it just doesn't make sense what they want there.

Thank you.

 Yes, that is typical protocol. The same thing happened to us. Chinook submitted a document to the Embassy a few days after her interview. Her visa arrived five or six days later. She paid cash on delivery (about Php220).

Also, I checked "intend." I noted that I would provide any support Chinook needed.

Thank you.

I'm guessing they want to know the relationship of the sponsor to the beneficiary. That box wasn't on the previous version of the form, and it seems like they wedged it into a random location on the form.
